Enable protections
Enable only the protections you need.
- Blocked words.
- Discord invites and external links.
- Excessive uppercase and emojis.
- Excessive mentions, blocked pings, spam and markdown depending on settings.

Set limits
Start with reasonable thresholds and adjust them gradually.
- Test in a dedicated channel.
- Watch logs after changes.

Permissions
Ticket Kick must be able to view messages and perform the configured action.
- View the channel.
- Read message history.
- Manage messages when deletion is required.

False positives
If a normal message is blocked, adjust only the rule responsible.
- Identify the triggered protection.
- Change one value at a time.
